The price to store with us is £30 per month with an initial set up fee of £10.00
The first month and set up fee is due on arrival.

Most of our customers choose to pay by standing order but for those who prefer you can pay for 12 months at £330.00 which is a saving of £30

The initial set up fee covers the cost of your swipe card and us fitting an RFID tag to your van. Both are to be returned should you permanently leave our storage facilities.

We do not share this information with any third party nor do we use this information as any part of marketing or mailing list. All information that we have is to uphold the security of our storage yard and confirm regular payments. Any information that we hold is provided by the customer and is held securely either as the original paper copy in a locked filing cabinet or on a protected database. Electronic data is deleted on leaving storage, and the paper copy is securely disposed off as soon as we receive any money owing to us or when we know your standing order has been stopped. Unfortunately, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your personal information, we can't guarantee its absolute security. We ask that the customer informs us of any change in their personal data so our information is kept up to date. Customers can at any time request the information that we hold on them, but we ask that this is in writing and a form of identity will be required.

CCTV

Intergrate Ltd purposefully use CCTV cameras as part of their security measures in their caravan storage yard. Cameras are active 24 hours a day and the gate camera automatically starts to record if motion is detected. The cameras relay their images to screens in the office, any recordings are securely stored for 3 months. Should anyone require to see the stored images they should ask in writing for a copy, giving their reasons why. If permission is granted then a copy of the relevant recording will be sent to them. In case of any doubt then the Information Commissioners Office will be contacted.
