Electronic data is deleted on leaving storage, and the paper copy is securely disposed off as soon as we receive any money owing to us or when we know your standing order has been stopped. Intergrate Ltd purposefully use CCTV cameras as part of their security measures in their caravan storage yard. Cameras are active 24 hours a day and the gate camera automatically starts to record if motion is detected. The cameras relay their images to screens in the office, any recordings are securely stored for 3 months. Should anyone require to see the stored images they should ask in writing for a copy, giving their reasons why. If permission is granted then a copy of the relevant recording will be sent to them. In case of any doubt then the Information Commissioners Office will be contacted.
